May 6, 2024 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Empowering men: rebuilding trust and confidence | Professional Development webinar

Join us at this webinar to be inspired to pay attention to the social and relational challenges men have been facing.

Along her journey, Wilmé has been exposed to men being depressed, confused, driven but feeling thwarted in their intention to be good men.

In this webinar we look at:

How depression in men can stem from a range of factors, including social pressure, relationship and family issues, employment stressors, substance abuse, social isolation, physical health problems, and significant changes in living arrangements like separation or divorce. These diverse challenges underscore the importance of recognising and addressing the multifaceted nature of depression in men for more effective management and support.
