A Special General Meeting has been requested by Aotearoa Online members. The SGM will be held on:

Saturday 6 July 2024

11 am

Via Zoom

The purpose of the SGM is to discuss:

• Membership processes for opting into the Aotearoa Online Branch

 If you wish to attend the SGM you can register here.  Once you have registered the Zoom link will automatically be sent to you.

 If you are unable to attend on the day you may assign another member of NZAC as a proxy to vote on your behalf.  You can do this by completing the Proxy Form and emailing it to secretary@nzac.org.nz by Wednesday 3 July 2024. 

Please note that Provisional members are able to vote in this SGM, following the recent rule change at our last AGM. 

A paper outlining the issues for discussion is being prepared by the members who have requested the SGM and will be circulated soon.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the Zoom.  You are also welcome to send your questions and feedback in prior to the SGM and we will organise for these to be put forward.  Please submit these to secretary@nzac.org.nz before Wednesday 3 July 2024.
